目的研究济南市CT检查受检者受照剂量水平。方法采用临床实际成年患者CT检查时的照射参数对CT性能体模进行扫描,并记录剂量仪表显示值,分别计算断层扫描及螺旋扫描时CT剂量指数100(CTDI100)、CT剂量指数(CTDIW)和剂量长度乘积(DLP),从而得出受检者CT检查时的实际受照剂量。结果临床数据表明,针对不同个体,CT扫描剂量差别较大,主要由于其扫描范围差别较大有关。此外,由于设备螺距不同,也导致其DLP差异较大。结论通过CT辐射剂量的监测、CT检查方法的改进及扫描方案的优化,在保证临床诊断的前提下可以有效的降低受检者受照剂量。
Objective To study the dose level of CT examination subjects in Jinan City. Methods The CT performance phantoms were scanned with the parameters of CT examination of actual adult patients and the dosimeters were recorded. CT dose index (CTDI100), CT dose index (CTDIW) and Dose length product (DLP), resulting in the subject when the CT examination of the actual exposure dose. Results The clinical data showed that the dose of CT scanning varied greatly among different individuals, mainly due to the large difference in scan range. In addition, due to the different device pitch, but also lead to large differences in DLP. Conclusion CT dose monitoring, CT examination and scan optimization program optimization, under the premise of ensuring clinical diagnosis can effectively reduce the subject dose.
