目的为了提高我省细菌耐药监测网数据质量,探讨我省细菌耐药监测网耐药数据现存的质量问题。方法分析我省细菌耐药监测网三级医院成员单位上报的耐药数据中鲍曼不动杆菌对阿米卡星的耐药率。收集我市4家三级甲等医院临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌538株,对比各种药敏试验法结果一致性以验证分析中发现的问题。结果分析发现我省细菌耐药监测网中鲍曼不动杆菌对阿米卡星的耐药数据存在明显异常和误差。通过试验验证发现通过各种药敏试验方法检测鲍曼不动杆菌对阿米卡星的药敏结果并不一致。结论鲍曼不动杆菌对阿米卡星药敏试验采用全自动药敏分析系统并不可靠,需要配合纸片扩散法、E-test等方法进行验证。需要不断细化微生物药敏试验工作,提高耐药监测网各成员单位的数据质量。
Objective To improve the quality of bacterial resistance in our province monitoring network data to explore the existing quality problems in our province bacterial resistance monitoring network resistance data. Methods To analyze the resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to amikacin in the drug resistance data reported by the member units of the third grade hospital of the bacterial resistance surveillance network in our province. Acinetobacter baumannii 538 isolates were collected from 4 first-class hospitals in our city to compare the results of various susceptibility test methods to verify the problems found in the analysis. Analysis of the results showed that there was obvious abnormality and error in the drug resistance data of Acinetobacter baumannii in our province bacterial resistance surveillance network. Through experimental verification, it was found that the drug susceptibility results of Acinetobacter baumannii to amikacin by various susceptibility test methods were inconsistent. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii susceptibility testing of amikacin using an automated drug sensitivity analysis system is not reliable, need to cooperate with the paper diffusion method, E-test and other methods to verify. It is necessary to continuously refine the drug susceptibility testing of microorganisms and improve the data quality of the member units of the drug resistance monitoring network.
