医院管理是一门科学,这已逐渐被人们所公认。随着医学科学的发展和医学模式的转变,医院已日益成为复杂而庞大的系统,成为多目标,多学科,多层次,多动态,多信息的立体结构。管理好一所医院,光凭满腔热情、冲天干劲、陈腐经验,是管不好的。必须学习和掌握管理科学的基本理论和知识,掌握医院工作的客观规律,掌握医学管理工作的技术和方法,方能运筹帷幄,决胜千里,成为一位名符其实的医院领导者。一、管理的基本概念按照马克思的说法,管理“是一种生产劳动,是每一种结合的生产方式中必须进行的劳动”。(《马克思、恩格斯全集》第25卷431页)这就是
