重症监护病房(ICU)不仅需要配备先进的医疗仪器设备,更需要实施一套现代化的科学管理体制,从而保证各项医疗抢救工作和常规事务协调而高效率地进行。本文结合我院ICU的实际情况,简述ICU管理中的有关问题。
Intensive Care Units (ICUs) not only need to be equipped with advanced medical instruments and equipment, but also need to implement a modern scientific management system so as to ensure coordinated and efficient medical rescue work and routine affairs. This article combines the actual situation of ICU in our hospital and briefly describes the related issues in ICU management.
