平菇立体栽培是利用塑料袋和多层床架进行平菇生产。它较畦栽、块栽等方法可以有效地预防病虫害,而且减少栽培接种量,便于管理,提高菇房的利用率。一个长50厘米、宽25厘米的栽培袋可以连续收三茬,共收鲜菇2～3斤,生物效率达80～120％。立体栽培对床架规格,房内布局以及接菌、发菌、管理等都有一定的要求,现介绍如下:
