In 1979, the Zhenjiang Post Terminal Building on the east side of the old train station in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province was completed. Mail forwarding, sorting and distribution departments were moved from the old post office in Gyeonggi-do to the new post office in the train station. At the time of relocation, dozens of sack files were found and sorted out in the loft of the old post office, most of which were recorded in English. After translation investigation and verification, we know that these documents are postal archives, the time from the establishment of the Qing Post Office from 1896 until 1949 until the liberation of Zhenjiang. So, why the early Qing dynasty to the early Republic of China, Zhenjiang Post Office documents all historical records in English? These files have gone through a hundred years what kind of ups and downs it?
