目的:观察红外耳温计测量痴呆患者体温的情况。方法:选择我院住院痴呆患者50例,分别采用红外耳温计和水银体温计测量体温。比较患者耳温与腋温测量结果及左耳与右耳耳温测量结果。结果:痴呆50例耳温(36.36±0.08)℃,腋温(36.49±0.08)℃;耳温与腋温比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。左耳耳温(36.54±0.12)℃,右耳耳温(36.49±0.16)℃;左右耳耳温比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:红外耳温计适合老年期痴呆患者体温的测量,且操作简便,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the infrared thermometer to measure the body temperature in patients with dementia. Methods: Fifty patients with dementia in our hospital were selected and body temperature was measured by infrared thermometer and mercury thermometer respectively. The results of the measurement of the ear and axillary temperatures of the patients were compared with those of the right ear and ear. Results: 50 cases of dementia ear temperature (36.36 ± 0.08) ℃, axillary temperature (36.49 ± 0.08) ℃; ear temperature and axillary temperature, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The left ear temperature (36.54 ± 0.12) ℃ and the right ear temperature (36.49 ± 0.16) ℃. There was no significant difference between the left and right ear temperature (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Infrared ear thermometer is suitable for the measurement of body temperature in patients with senile dementia, and its operation is simple and worthy of clinical promotion.
