本文提出了在非离子表面活性剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(下称PVP)存在下,以(口底)唑为显色剂,吸光光度法测定锗的新方法。本法在文献中尚未见报导。在pH6.5时,所述体系形成可溶性红色络合物,最大吸收波长为530nm。显色速度较苯芴酮法快,不需放置30分钟。再现性良好。灵敏度高(表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(530)=1.04×10~5),较常用的苯芴酮法提高1.7倍,较棉子醇法提高10倍。本法较相应的二元络合物(PVP不存在时)灵敏度提高2.5
This paper presents a new method for the determination of germanium by spectrophotometry with (mouth-opening) azole as chromogenic reagent in the presence of non-ionic surfactant, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). This law has not been reported in the literature. At pH 6.5, the system forms a soluble red complex with a maximum absorption wavelength of 530 nm. Color fast than phenyl fluorenone method, do not need to place 30 minutes. Reproducibility is good. High sensitivity (apparent molar absorptivity ε 530 (1.04 × 10 -5)) was 1.7 times higher than that of benzofluorenone and 10 times higher than that of cotton alcohol. The sensitivity of this method to the corresponding binary complex (when PVP is absent) is increased by 2.5
