根据十堰市市委、市政府的要求,湖北省十堰市国资局从今年2月开始,对市直行政事业单位财产进行了全面清查登记。截至3月底,市直行政事业单位的财产已全部清查登记完毕。这次财产清查登记工作是继1993年之后的又一次大规模清查登记工作。通过清查,进一步摸清了家底,了解了目前全市各单位资产管理运营现状及管理水平,为市委、市政府的宏观决策提供依据,同时也为强化国有资产管理工作奠定了基础。十堰市市直行政事业单位共占有使用的国有资产总额为212164万元,分布在市直268个行政事业单位。与原帐面数相比,核对增加资产8500万元,资产的形成有75％为国家财政直接投入,15％为借贷资金。
According to the requirements of Shiyan Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government, the State-owned Assets Administration of Shiyan City, Hubei Province started a full inventory of the property of the directly-administered administrative units from February this year.
