目前我国非公经济已成为国民经济的重要组成部分,加强非公有制企业党建工作是加强党的执政能力建设的要求。为此,我们对红塔区17家非公企业进行了实地调研,并与具有一定代表性的非公企业党组织针对企业组织的定位、组织活动的情况、企业主的思想动态等情况进行座谈和交流。通过调研,对红塔区非公企业的党组织有了进一步了解,并对加强和改进非公企业党建工作有了一定的思考。
At present, the non-public economy in our country has become an important part of the national economy. Strengthening the party building in non-public-owned enterprises is a requirement for strengthening the party’s ability to govern. To this end, we conducted a field survey of 17 non-public enterprises in Hongta District and conducted informal discussions with representatives of non-public enterprise party organizations on the orientation of corporate organizations, the organization of activities and the ideological trends of business owners communicate with. Through investigation and study, we have got a better understanding of the non-public party organizations in Hongta District and have some thinking on how to strengthen and improve the party building in non-public enterprises.
