数学的产生来源于生产实际,同时数学的发展又服务于生活实际。数学应用应是数学教学的出发点和归宿。长期以来,数学教学过于注重数学的逻辑思维,过于注重方法、证明步骤,将学生训练成解题的机器,使数学失去了应有的光芒。在职业中学数学教学中,由于受到专业知识的限制,在讲授应用问题时尤其是与专业相关联的应用题时常采取回避的态度,或由学生自学,或照本宣科,使学生产生了数学无用思想,同时也不利于学生数学应用能力和应用意识的培养。因此,数学教师要认真学习专业知识,了解数学在专业中的具体应用,在教学中穿插数学在生产生活、专业学习中的实际应用问题,调动学生学习数学的积极性,提高学生应用数学的自觉性。
