面对日益攀升的对外依存度和只有33%的采收率,中国亟需在油田的回采方面下功夫。掘金老油田,能在很大程度上提高中国原油的自给率。2012年,中国的原油对外依存度再次创下新高。国家发改委公布数据显示,去年我国国内生产原油为20748万吨,进口原油27109万吨,原油对外依存度达到56.4%。如何增加原油产量、降低对外依存度?这是中国经济高速发展中亟需解决的一个难题。
In the face of rising dependence on foreign countries and only about 33% oil recovery, China urgently needs to work hard on oilfield recovery.
