根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》和有关法律法规规章的规定,以及《农业部行政审批服务标准化建设行动方案》《农业部行政审批服务标准化建设试点项目实施方案》的安排要求,我部编制了《向境外提供草类种质资源审批标准》(农业部第六批行政审批服务标准),现予公告。附件:向境外提供草类种质资源审批标准
According to the provisions of the “Administrative Licensing Law of the People’s Republic of China” and relevant laws, regulations and rules as well as the “Plan of Action for Standardization Construction of Administrative Examination and Approval Services of the Ministry of Agriculture” and the “Implementation Plan of Pilot Project of Administrative Approval Service for the Ministry of Agriculture” “Granting approval standards for grasses and germplasm resources to overseas countries” (the sixth batch of administrative examination and approval service standards of the Ministry of Agriculture) is hereby announced.
