对新型双转子内筛分破碎机的样机进行了试验分析,用传递矩阵法计算得出破碎机的临界转速。并针对破碎机样机试验中出现的问题,提出了具体的设计改进措施,通过实际工况证明此改进措施是可行的。
The prototype of the new twin-rotor internal screening crusher was tested and analyzed. The critical speed of the crusher was calculated by transfer matrix method. Aiming at the problems appeared in the prototype test of the crusher, some specific design improvement measures are put forward. It is feasible to prove the improvement measures through the actual working conditions.
