把湿物料假设为牛顿流体,提出了一种细聚氨酯筛网在湿法筛分下的力学分析模型,建立了筛网筛下颗粒不合格率与筛条几何结构参数以及筛机操作参数之间的数学关系式,并据此方法,对筛网几何结构及筛网处理量进行优化分析。
The wet material is assumed to be Newtonian fluid. A mechanical analysis model of polyurethane mesh under wet screening is proposed.
