教学过程是一种双边活动。其中,教师是学习过程的客体外因,学生是学习过程的主体内因。学生在这过程中发挥其主观能动性,从而达到一定的学习效果。这种主观能动性的强弱除受到本人的智力因素影响外,其它非智力因素,如兴趣,情感,习惯等方面的影响力也不可估量。教师在教学中要非常重视学生非智力因素的培养,最大限度地挖掘学生的潜能,提高英语学习水平,真正意识上实现教书育人。
The teaching process is a bilateral activity. Among them, the teacher is the external cause of the process of learning, and the student is the internal cause of the learning process. Students in this process to play their subjective initiative, so as to achieve a certain learning effect. In addition to the strength of this subjective initiative by my own intellectual factors, other non-intellectual factors, such as interest, emotion, habits and other aspects of the influence is immeasurable.
