当今偷税与反偷税的斗争在某种程度上可以说是斗智斗勇斗法的较量。其偷税手段越来越隐蔽,可谓绞尽脑汁。无所不为,而反偷税则是针锋相对,寸步不让。毕竟,狐狸总会有露尾巴的时候,面对税务稽查,尤其是查账触及敏感区时,偷税人往往会有些失常。精明的税务人员可以从偷税人的言谈、举止、面部表情等的细微变化中发现端倪,抓住狐狸尾巴,进而深挖细查。黄玉琴——江夏国税分局稽查局稽查员,就是这样的一名税官。
