从天竺葵和蔷薇植物花瓣中提取花色素,并研究其对中国仓鼠成纤维细胞和蚕豆苗增生细胞辐射遗传损伤及对受照小鼠的辐射防护作用。花色素经葡聚糖凝胶H-20色谱分析,其化学结构为天竺葵甙元-3,5-二葡萄糖苷。所有实验都用X线照射,剂量2.0~15Gy,剂量率为47cGy/min。照射中国仓鼠成纤维细胞前30分钟和照射后即刻,在培养基中加入花色素最终浓度为3×10~(-4)mol/L。照后24小时检测细胞微核率:对照组10Gy和15Gy照射,微核率分别为47%±3%和75%±4%;相应实验组
Anthocyanins were extracted from the petals of geranium and rose plants, and their genetic protection against radiation damage of irradiated Chinese hamster fibroblasts and broad bean sprouts and radiation protection to irradiated mice were studied. The proanthocyanidin was chromatographed by Sephadex H-20 chromatography. Its chemical structure was geranium aglycone-3,5-diglucoside. All experiments were performed with X-rays at a dose of 2.0 to 15 Gy and a dose rate of 47 cGy/min. Immediately after exposure to Chinese hamster fibroblasts and immediately after irradiation, the final concentration of anthocyanidin was 3×10 −4 mol/L. The micronucleus rate of the cells was measured 24 hours after irradiation: 10Gy and 15Gy irradiation in the control group, the micronucleus rates were 47%±3% and 75%±4% respectively; the corresponding experimental group
