白细胞减少症是病因多、治疗困难的一种常见病症,在西医治疗效果不理想的情况下,我们应用中医理论、辩证施治的实践,按脾肾二虚的机理,结合临床长期观察,研制成升白冲剂治疗白细胞减少症获得满意疗效,现报道如下。一、处方益母草,淫羊藿,黄精,附片,鸡血藤,积壳,甘松,甘草等。二、制法与质控(1)制法:将黄精、附片、积壳等药按《药典》要求炮制后入药,选洗净益母草、淫羊藿、鸡血藤等药装入蒸气锅中浸泡60分钟,煎煮三次,每次90分钟,三次药液进行浓缩,约含水60%沉淀12小时后取上清液再浓缩约含水30%,待稍后加二倍量的95%乙醇,揽拌后静置沉淀12小时,滤取上清液来回收乙醇,回收后继续浓缩成稠膏,稠膏和白糖粉比例为1:5,
