以垫江白柚为试材,研究了蜀果1号、蜀果2号、蜀果3号药剂处理时垫江白柚果实生理代谢及贮藏效应的影响.结果显示:药剂处理能有效抑制呼吸强度、减少无氧呼吸产物乙醇及膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)累积,延缓和减轻柚果汁胞枯水程度的发生.
Taking Dianjiang white grapefruit as test material, the effects of ShuGuo 1, ShuGuo 2 and ShuGuo 3 on physiological metabolism and storage effect of Dianjiang white grapefruit were studied.The results showed that: the treatment can effectively restrain respiration intensity and reduce Oxygen breathing products of ethanol and membrane lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) accumulation, delay and reduce the occurrence of psyllium juice cell dry.
