随着数字化时代的到来,传统通信业务被数字服务替代分流,电信行业正在发生着颠覆式的变革。传统的交换、数据、IP承载等以专业划分的组网方式将不复存在,新型网络是资源全局共享、容量弹性伸缩、架构灵活调整、能力全面开放的网络。新业务、新应用和海量连接的不断涌现,数据流量爆炸式增长的态势以及更加严格的工程监管形势,对传统的项目管理方式、建设时效提出了更高的要求。
With the advent of the digital age, traditional communications services are being diverted by digital services, and the telecommunications industry is undergoing subversive changes. The traditional networking, such as switching, data and IP bearers, will not exist anymore. The new network is a network with global resource sharing, flexible capacity expansion, flexible architecture adjustment and full capacity opening. The emergence of new businesses, new applications and mass connections, the explosive growth of data traffic and more stringent engineering supervision have put forward higher requirements on the traditional project management methods and the timeliness of construction.
