关善明建筑师楼於一九七三年成立,於一九八八年注册为有限公司,并易名为关善明建筑师楼有限公司。主要业务包括建筑设计,城市规划及室内设计。公司成立以来,完成了多项重要的建筑工程,包括办公室、工厂、住宅、商场、学校、大学、剧院、医院、酒店、度假村、研究院、公园、博物馆及其他公共机构等。过去二十年来,共建成了超过一万五千个住宅单位和一百余万平方米的非住宅楼宇,均获好评。历年来,关善明建筑师楼有限公司在香港和其他地区的设计比赛中屡获殊荣,这显示出公司的设计方针是为客户提供最合乎功能要求和经济效益的优秀设计。
The Guan Shanming Architects Building was established in 1973. It was registered as a limited company in 1988 and was renamed Guan Shanming Architects Limited. The main business includes architectural design, urban planning and interior design. Since its establishment, the company has completed a number of important construction projects, including offices, factories, homes, shopping malls, schools, universities, theaters, hospitals, hotels, resorts, research institutes, parks, museums, and other public institutions. Over the past two decades, a total of more than 15,000 residential units and more than one million square meters of non-residential buildings have been built, all of which received favorable comments. Over the years, Guan Shanming Architects Building Co., Ltd. has won numerous awards in design competitions in Hong Kong and other regions. This shows that the company’s design policy is to provide customers with excellent designs that meet the functional requirements and economic benefits.
