本文从一名医院医疗工程技术人员的自身素质的角度,归纳提出了所谓10S素质即:(1)人格的自重;(2)无私的奉献;(3)独立的思考能力;(4)正确的自我评价能力;(5)及时的自我反省能力;(6)自我完善的优点;(7)良好的自我修养;(8)冷静沉着的素质;(9)自我调节能力;(10)令人满意的人才素质。10S即它们英文的首字母,鉴于医学工程技术人员在医院中的地位日益受到重视,上述素质的高低,直接影响学科发展和人才培养。
From the perspective of the quality of a medical engineering technician in a hospital, this article summarizes the so-called 10S qualities: (1) self-respect of personality; (2) selfless dedication; (3) independent thinking; (4) correct Self-evaluation ability; (5) Timely self-reflection ability; (6) Self-improvement advantage; (7) Good self-cultivation; (8) Calmness; (9) Self-adjustment ability; (10) Satisfactory Quality of talent. 10S is the first letter of English. Given the increasing importance of medical engineering technicians in hospitals, the above-mentioned qualities directly affect the development of disciplines and personnel training.
