研究出一种适合农村基层小型工厂化育苗的简便的香蕉快速繁殖生产技术程序。将香蕉吸芽茎尖接种在以MS为基本培养基上,附加BA4毫克/升、NAA0.5毫克/升,为芽增殖率最高培养茎;附加KT0.2毫克/升、NAA0.1毫克/升,为促根最适培养基。接种后的茎尖和芽增殖阶段采用黑暗培养,黑暗培养比光培养增殖速度提高20-30%。芽增殖周期缩至20天,增殖系数为3。芽长至2-3厘米便可转移到促根培养基上,利用自然光照,温度保持在20-30℃,经20天便培养成健壮的完整植株,移植到土镶中,成活率达90%以上。
