当前,随着我国区域经济的发展,对英语人才的需求量正在逐步扩大,对于英语人才的素质要求也变得越来越高。在此背景之下,怎样让高校培养出来的人才能够适应区域经济发展的需要,实现良性就业,已经成为英语人才培养中所面临的新挑战。本文分析了区域经济发展中英语人才培养所存在的问题,提出了区域经济发展中英语人才的培养策略。
At present, with the development of regional economy in our country, the demand for English talents is gradually expanding, and the qualifications of English talents are getting higher and higher. Under this background, how to make the talents trained by colleges and universities adapt to the needs of regional economic development and achieve benign employment has become a new challenge faced by the cultivation of English talents. This article analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of English talents in the regional economic development and puts forward the strategies of cultivating English talents in the regional economic development.
