11月28日,湖南省实施新安全生产法新闻发布会在长沙召开。湖南省安监局副局长、新闻发言人罗德龙介绍了新法主要亮点以及湖南省宣传贯彻新法情况。新修订的《安全生产法》从12月1日开始正式施行。新安法着眼于安全生产现实问题和发展要求,修订完善了相关法律制度规定,在安全生产工作摆位、落实生产经营单位安全生产主体责任、政府安全生产监管责任、安全生产责任追究方面做了强化。
