目的:探讨下肢静脉曲张患者常规凝血功能指标与血小板参数的变化及临床意义。方法:采用Beckman-Coulter Gen.S自动血细胞分析仪检测103例下肢静脉曲张患者和100例正常对照者血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板体积分布宽度(PDW),同时采用凝固法测定血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量,并互相间进行比较分析。另外根据下肢静脉曲张患者FIB≤3.0 g/L(A组)和FIB>3.0 g/L(B组)进行分组比较上述参数的变化,分析其变化的规律。结果:下肢静脉曲张患者组PLT(206.0±50.7)、MPV(8.26±0.85)、PT(13.18±0.69)、FIB(3.20±0.70)与正常对照组PLT(185.2±40.9)、MPV(10.07±1.19)、PT(13.26±1.41)、FIB(2.98±0.65)比较均有显著差异(P<0.05或<0.01)。下肢静脉曲张患者B组PT明显缩短,PLT显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:下肢静脉曲张患者血液存在一定的高凝状态,有并发静脉血栓形成的潜在危险。
Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of routine coagulation parameters and platelet parameters in patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities. Methods: Platelet count (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet volume distribution width (PDW) were measured in 103 patients with varicose veins and 100 normal controls by Beckman-Coulter Gen.S automated hematology analyzer. (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and fibrinogen (FIB) were measured and compared with each other. In addition, the changes of the above parameters were compared according to FIB≤3.0 g / L (group A) and FIB> 3.0 g / L (group B) in patients with varicose veins. Results: The PLT (206.0 ± 50.7), MPV (8.26 ± 0.85), PT (13.18 ± 0.69), FIB (3.20 ± 0.70) and normal control group PLT (185.2 ± 40.9) and MPV (10.07 ± 1.19) ), PT (13.26 ± 1.41) and FIB (2.98 ± 0.65), respectively (P <0.05 or <0.01). Patients with varicose veins in group B had a significantly shorter PT and a significantly higher PLT (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a certain hypercoagulable state in the blood of patients with varicose veins and the potential risk of concurrent venous thrombosis.
