目的探讨糖尿病足的临床特点及整形外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2004年6月-2008年6月整形外科治疗糖尿病足36例的临床资料。结果采用整形外科原则联合负压封闭引流技术手术治疗糖尿病足36例,创面Ⅰ期愈合率为91.9%,单纯截趾4例,无1例高位截肢。结论采用整形外科原则手术治疗糖尿病足,可以及时控制坏疽发展,促进创面早期愈合,有效降低致残率。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of diabetic foot and plastic surgery. Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of diabetic foot treated by plastic surgery from June 2004 to June 2008 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results 36 cases of diabetic foot were treated with the principle of plastic surgery combined with negative pressure drainage technique. The rate of first-stage wound healing was 91.9%. There were 4 cases of simple toe and no high-level amputation. Conclusion Surgical treatment of diabetic foot by the principle of plastic surgery can control the development of gangrene in time and promote early healing of the wound and effectively reduce the morbidity.
