本文对24例胆囊透光结石患者,研究4种不同剂量的熊去氧胆酸对胆汁中类脂质的作用。熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)是鹅去氧胆酸(CDCA)的7β异构体,两者均能溶解胆固醇胆石。胆石症患者的胆汁中,含有过量的胆固醇,它们不能依靠胆汁中酸-磷脂微胶粒保持在稳定的溶液中。溶解胆石的药物能减少胆汁中胆固醇含量和饱和度。为了比较4种不同剂量的UDCA在胆汁化学方面的效应,作者等设计了这一实验,以便确定减少胆汁中胆固醇含量和饱和度的最小和最适宜剂量,期望能使胆石溶解。方法:随意挑选24例有透光结石而胆囊功能正常的病人。A组(12例)每日给予UDCA250mg和500mg;B组(12例)每日给予UDCA750mg和1000mg。两组
In this paper, 24 cases of gallbladder translucent stones in patients with four different doses of ursodeoxycholic acid lipid on bile lipid. Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) is a 7β isomer of chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA), both of which dissolve cholesterol gallstones. Patients with cholelithiasis contain excess cholesterol in their bile, which can not be maintained in a stable solution by the bile acid-phospholipid micelles. Gallstones dissolve cholesterol and reduce cholesterol levels. To compare the bile chemistry effects of 4 different doses of UDCA, the authors designed this experiment to determine the minimum and optimal dose to reduce cholesterol content and saturation in bile, expecting to dissolve the gallstones.
