建立现代企业制度是我国国有企业改革的方向,公司制是现代企业制度的典型形式。按照《公司法》规定,我国公司企业分为股份有限公司和有限责任公司。目前,在国有企业转机建制的对象选择上,我们首先是对一些经济效益好,发展前景广阔或有较大基建、技改项目的国有大中型企业,进行公司制的改造,我州到1994年底先后选择了10户企业作为建立现代企业制度的试点。这些企业的共同特点就是管理相对完善,效益良好,
The establishment of a modern enterprise system is the direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China. The company system is a typical form of the modern enterprise system. In accordance with the “Company Law” stipulations, China’s corporate enterprises are divided into joint stock limited companies and limited liability companies. At present, in the selection of the target of the transformation of state-owned enterprises, we first carry out the reform of the company system for some state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises with good economic returns, broad development prospects, or large-scale infrastructure and technological transformation projects. Ten companies have been selected as pilots for establishing a modern enterprise system. The common characteristic of these companies is that their management is relatively complete and their benefits are good.
