对74例前列腺疾病病人进行血浆前列腺特异性抗原测定，并与对照组进行比较。结果前列腺癌病人血浆PSA均极显著高于其他受检者，术后均明显下降，且病情稳定，提示PSA对前列腺癌具有特异性诊断价值。
74 cases of prostate disease patients with plasma prostate specific antigen was measured and compared with the control group. Results The plasma PSA levels in patients with prostate cancer were significantly higher than those in other subjects. The postoperative serum levels of PSA were significantly decreased, and the disease was stable. It suggested that PSA had specific diagnostic value for prostate cancer.
