观察43例慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）患者和30例正常人血糖、血清胰岛素、C肽、胰高糖素释放水平。结果示CRF患者血糖、血清胰岛素、C肽、胰高糖素均明显高于正常对照组，且有糖耐量减低和高胰岛素血症，有明显C肽和胰高糖素增高。
The levels of blood glucose, serum insulin, C-peptide and glucagon in 43 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and 30 normal individuals were observed. The results showed that CRF patients with blood glucose, serum insulin, C-peptide, glucagon were significantly higher than the normal control group, and impaired glucose tolerance and hyperinsulinemia, significant C-peptide and glucagon increased.
