患者王××,女,15岁,农民。住院号:2016。因右颌下区无痛性包块半年余入院。体检:全身一般检查无异常发现。颌面外科情况:右颌下见一隆起包块,约3×2×1.5cm大小,质地中等,表面光滑无结节感,边缘尚清可活动,同侧及对侧颌下均可触及黄豆大至蚕豆大结节2～3个,活动无粘连,表面颜色正常。拟诊1.颌下淋巴结炎(结核待排) 2.右颌下包块性质待查(混合瘤) 辅助检查:胸透(一),血RT及ESR均正常,于1986年5月27日在局麻下行右颌下包块切除术,术中见包块与周围软组织有粘连,术后Ⅰ期愈合。

Maxillofacial surgery: the right jaw see a bulged mass, about 3 × 2 × 1.5cm size, medium texture, smooth surface without nodules, the edge is still clear activities, the ipsilateral and contralateral submandibular can reach the yellow beans Large bean nodules 2 to 3, activities without adhesion, the surface color is normal. Probable 1. Submandibular lymphadenitis (tuberculosis pending) 2. Right submandibular mass to be checked (mixed tumor) Assisted examination: chest through (a), blood RT and ESR were normal, on May 27, 1986 Under local anesthesia under the right mandibular mass resection, intraoperative see the mass with the surrounding soft tissue adhesions, postoperative Ⅰ heal.
