一、幼儿园教育管理的基本环节幼儿园的教育管理,就其内容来说有许多方面,例如教育内容的总体安排,教育秩序的建全和管理,游戏活动的管理,教育资料的管理等等。但对园长来说,主要应抓好教务工作、教育工作和教研工作这三个基本环节。(一)教务工作幼儿园的教务工作,包括招生、编班、安排作息时间表,进行资料管理等等方面,这是幼儿园实施教育管理的重要组成部分。
