财政部领导高度重视财政监督信息化建设,金人庆部长曾指出:“信息化建设不仅仅是技术问题,更是管理问题,将对财政管理和整个财政系统建设带来一场管理上的革命”。在2005年全国财政监督工作会议上,部党组成员、纪检组长金莲淑同志指出要“注重信息技术建设”。通过信息化革命,可以将财政监督工作推向一个新的发展时期。而财政监督信息化建设首先需要加强财政监督信息建设。因此,推进财政监督信息建设是当前和今后一段时间里各级财政监督部门的重要工作之一。为了给各地财政监督部门信息建设提供指导,本刊特邀请财政部驻江苏专员办钱红一专员,就财政监督信息建设的意义、原则、措施等进行点评分析,旨在为各地财政监督信息建设提供有益借鉴。
