我们余姚市邮电局从1987年开始,组织部分岗位的规范性培训。三年多来,已基本完成支局长、班组长的培训。8名支局长全部经过培训,已领取岗位培训合格证书,培训率和合格率均达到100%;35名班组长已培训30名,培训率达85.7%,合格率达97%。经过规范性岗位培训,增强了支局长、班组长的责任感,管理水平和实际工作能力有较大提高,支局和班组面貌起了根本变化。8个支局,经上级局验收已有7个支局实现了标准化支局。其中一个支局荣获省先进支局,一支局长被评为省局优秀支局长。班组长,已培训过的25个
We Yuyao Post Office since 1987, organizing part of the normative training. Over the past three years, we have basically completed the training of the director and team leader. All 8 branch chiefs have been trained and have received the job training certificate. The training rate and the passing rate have all reached 100%.
