现阶段,在我国社会经济的不断发展下,幼教管理已经发展成为了教育体系中的重要组成部分,也是社会发展的重要产物。尤其在人们生活水平不断提升,思想进步的发展趋势下,幼教管理备受关注,同样也面临更多的机遇与挑战,如何在新形势下跟随时代发展的要求做好幼教管理工作成为最主要的任务。鉴于此,本文笔者结合自身多年经验,于下文中简要分析幼教管理的方法,旨在实现幼教管理的创新性与有效性。
At this stage, under the continuous development of our country’s social economy, preschool education management has developed into an important part of the education system and an important product of social development. In particular, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the trend of development in their thinking, early childhood education has drawn much attention and also faces more opportunities and challenges. Under the new circumstances, it is of great importance to follow the development of the times to do well in the management of early childhood education task. In view of this, the author of this article combined his many years of experience, in the following brief analysis of early childhood management methods, aimed at achieving the innovation and effectiveness of early childhood management.
