耐久跑是水平四体育教材中一项重要内容,有较高的锻炼价值,能全面发展学生的身体素质,培养学生刻苦锻炼的意志品质。但是耐久跑学枯燥,生理负荷量大,学生害怕上耐久跑课。本文从以下三方面阐述了如何进行耐久跑的教学:如何通过教师教学手段和方法的改革来调动学生的积极性,如何让学生树立“健康第一”的思想和养成自觉锻炼的好习惯,怎样在耐久跑教学中倡导以人为本,怎样创设和谐、愉快、宽松的教学环境。
Durable running is an important content of the level four sports teaching materials, has a higher value of exercise, can fully develop the students’ physical fitness, and cultivate the will quality of students’ hard work. However, due to the dullness of running school and the large physiological load, students are afraid of taking long-distance running classes.
