目的 本文对细菌 L型感染诱发小鼠肿瘤的可能原因进行了探讨。方法 用金黄色葡萄球菌 L型 (2× 10 7/0 .2 ml/次 /只 )经尾静脉反复感染 C5 7/ BL / 6 N小鼠为 L型感染组 ;注射生理盐水的小鼠为对照组。结果 L型感染组有 10只小鼠发生肿瘤 ,肿瘤发生率为 11.1% ,其中恶性肿瘤 8.88% (8只 ) ;良性肿瘤 2 .2 2 % (2只 )。感染组小鼠体细胞增生和不典型增生11.1% (10只 ) ;瘤样增生 3.33% (3只 ) ,而对照组均未发生肿瘤和增生性病变。结论 L 型菌感染可能与小鼠体细胞增生、不典型增生和肿瘤发生关系密切。
Objective This article explored the possible causes of tumor-induced mouse L-type infection in mice. Methods C5 7 / BL / 6 N mice were inoculated with Lactobacillus aureus L type (2 × 10 7/0. 2 ml / time / only) repeatedly through the caudal vein for L type infection. Rats injected with normal saline Control group. Results Tumor incidence was found in 10 mice in L infection group, with a tumor incidence of 11.1%, of which 8.88% (8) of malignant tumors and 2.2% (2) of benign tumors. The infection group mice somatic hyperplasia and dysplasia 11.1% (10); tumor-like hyperplasia 3.33% (3), while the control group had no tumor and proliferative lesions. Conclusion L-type bacterial infection may be closely related to somatic cell proliferation, dysplasia and tumorigenesis in mice.
