目的研究阿魏胶囊对血脂相关酶的影响。方法通过高脂血症动物模型,应用生物化学的方法研究阿魏胶囊对血脂相关酶的影响。结果动物的脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)、肝脂酶(HL)及羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶活性的值与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、0.01),阿魏胶囊组HL和LPL的酶活性增加,HMG-CoA酶活性降低。结论阿魏胶囊调节血脂主要机制有提升机体内的HL和LPL的酶活性,加速血液中甘油三酯和游离胆固醇的降解,抑制HMG-CoA酶活性。
Objective To study the effect of Awei capsule on blood lipid related enzymes. Methods The hyperlipidemia animal model was used to study the effect of Aiwei Capsule on blood lipid related enzymes. Results The values of lipoprotein lipase (LPL), hepatic lipase (HL) and hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase activity in animals were significantly different from those in the model control group (P< 0.05, 0.01), the enzyme activity of HL and LPL in the Awei capsule group increased, and the HMG-CoA enzyme activity decreased. Conclusion The main mechanism of regulating blood lipids by Aiwei capsule is to increase the enzyme activity of HL and LPL in the body, accelerate the degradation of triglyceride and free cholesterol in blood, and inhibit the activity of HMG-CoA enzyme.
