目的探讨中药房对中药质量进行管理的方法与效果。方法回顾性分析中药房实施中药质量管理前、后的相关资料,同时对中药房的调剂合格率和患者满意情况进行评估。结果经规范化管理后,中药房的调剂合格率为99.07%,患者满意度为99.73%,要显著性高于管理前的86.93%和86.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中药房中实施规范化中药质量管理,对于确保调剂合格率和提高患者满意度有重要意义,建议推广与应用。
Objective To explore the method and effect of Chinese pharmacy on quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Retrospective analysis of the relevant information before and after the implementation of Chinese medicine quality management in the pharmacy, at the same time assessment of the qualified rate of the pharmacy and the patient satisfaction. Results After the standardized management, the passing rate of pharmacy was 99.07% and the patient satisfaction was 99.73%, which was significantly higher than that of 86.93% and 86.40% before the management, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of standardized quality control of traditional Chinese medicine in pharmacies is of great importance to ensure the passing rate of patients and the satisfaction of patients. It is recommended to promote and apply them.
