1959年至1979年的20年间我国高血压患病人数平均每年增加140万,1980～1991年的12年间,每年增加320万。到目前我国现有的高血压患者超过了1亿。众所周知,高血压与心脑血管疾病的关系极为密切。专家估计21世纪我国可能出现心脑血管病的大流行,高血压在其中所起的作用不可小视。所以了解高血压的知识,掌握高血压的防治方法对我们每个人来说都举足轻重。
In the 20 years from 1959 to 1979, the average number of hypertensive patients in our country increased by 1.4 million annually on average. Between 1980 and 1991, the number of cases of hypertension increased by 3.2 million annually. At present, there are more than 100 million hypertensive patients in our country. As we all know, hypertension and cardiovascular disease are closely related. Experts estimate that in the 21st century, our country may have a cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease pandemic in which the role of hypertension should not be underestimated. So to understand the knowledge of hypertension, to master the prevention and treatment of high blood pressure for each of us are decisive.
