1997年4月下旬至5月中旬,我参加市、区社区教育理论与实践课题组,考察了北京、天津、上海三大城市的社区教育,受益非浅。现将这三大城市社区教育的特点,归纳如下,作为我们共同研究的索引。特点之一是,市、区、街三级领导重视。上海市社区教育之所以走在前面,是与市委、市政府的重视分不开的。北京市西城社区教育之所以有明显的效果,是因为区政府建立了社区教育领导小组,主管区长任组长,领导小组下设社区教育办公室,负责全区社
From late April to mid-May 1997, I joined the theory and practice group of community education in the municipal and district levels to study the community education in the three major cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai, benefiting a lot. The characteristics of community education in these three cities are summarized as follows, as our common research index. One of the characteristics is that the municipal, district and street leaders attach great importance. The reason why community education in Shanghai walked in the front is closely linked with the municipal government’s attention. The reason why Xicheng Community Education in Beijing has significant effect is that the district government has established a leading group for community education and the head of the district governor and the leading group has a community education office under the leadership of the district
