报道38例转移性眶内肿瘤,其中乳癌13例,前列腺癌4例,黑色素瘤5例,肺癌2例,胃肠道癌3例,3例未能确定来源,其它8例是类癌瘤、纤维肉瘤、脂肪肉瘤、神经母细胞瘤、卵巢癌、胰腺癌、鳞状细胞癌、子宫癌。27例同时有其它转移灶,最常见于骨骼、肺和脉络膜。患者平均年龄61岁。平均生存期10.2月。22例在眶部转移后6个月死亡。2例乳腺癌和1例前列腺癌因加用激素治疗,生存期在5年以上。3/4的患者有全身性癌瘤史,1/4的患者是潜伏性的。患者中男性14例,女
Reported 38 cases of metastatic orbital tumors, including 13 cases of breast cancer, 4 cases of prostate cancer, 5 cases of melanoma, 2 cases of lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancer in 3 cases, 3 cases failed to identify the source, the other 8 cases of carcinoid tumor, Fibrosarcoma, liposarcoma, neuroblastoma, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, squamous cell cancer, uterine cancer. 27 cases also had other metastases, most commonly in the bones, lungs and choroid. The average age of patients was 61 years. The average survival period of 10.2 months. Twenty-two patients died 6 months after orbital metastasis. 2 cases of breast cancer and 1 case of prostate cancer due to the addition of hormone therapy, the survival of more than 5 years.
