本文从企业内部氛围角度定性定量考察了中国乡镇企业改革绩效 ,认为当前乡镇企 业改革 ,无论从理论上还是从实践上都忽略了产权改革对乡镇企业内部氛围进而对乡镇 企业改革绩效的影响。在此分析基础上 ,本文提出乡镇企业改革的政策建议。
This paper qualitatively and quantitatively examines the reform performance of Chinese township and village enterprises from the perspective of the internal atmosphere of the enterprise. It considers that the current reform of township and village enterprises neglects the influence of property rights reform on the internal atmosphere of township enterprises and thus the performance of township and village enterprises in terms of theory and practice. Based on this analysis, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions for the reform of township enterprises.
