又是一年春风起,高三学生正在忙着填志愿。可是,一些学生不顾自己的能力和兴趣,不顾自身条件,盲目追热门,这很不利于将来就业,也不利于自身的发展。毫无疑问,社会需要创新型人才,但社会又匮乏创新型人才。每个学生都应当根据社会的需求和自身的条件,进行自我设计,把自己培养成为一个具有创新精神的人。古人云,知己知彼,百战不殆。一个人只有对自己有了足够的了解,才能做出适合自己成长的选择。
Spring breeze is another year, high school students are busy filling volunteers. However, in spite of their own abilities and interests, some students blindly pursue hot topics regardless of their own conditions, which is very unfavorable to future employment and is not conducive to their own development. There is no doubt that society needs innovative talents, but there is a shortage of innovative talents in society.
