用条锈菌(Puccinia Striiformis West)的不同菌系接种小麦洛夫林_(10)后,接种叶片内的过氧化物酶活性的增长因菌系——寄主组合不同而异。在抗病反应的组合中,过氧化物酶活性增长十分显著。而在感病反应组合中,酶活性增长不显著。由此表明:洛夫林_(10)叶片内过氧化物酶活性的迅速增长与其抗条锈性密切相关。
After inoculation of wheat Lovrin (10) with different strains of Puccinia striiformis West, the increase in peroxidase activity in the inoculated leaves varies with the strain-host combination. Peroxidase activity increases significantly in the combination of disease-fighting responses. In susceptible combinations, the increase of enzyme activity was not significant. The results showed that the rapid increase of peroxidase activity in Lovrin _ (10) was closely related to its resistance to stripe rust.
