科技期刊是反映国家科技成果和科技创新水平的窗口。通过分析1994～1998年我国科技期刊在国际权威检索系统 SCI 中的地位,指出了存在的问题。提出了提高我国科技期刊国际影响的对策:充分肯定国内期刊,鼓励科研人员在国内优秀科技期刊上发表论文;对科技期刊实行“分级”管理模式,促使一批“世界级”期刊尽快国际化;完善科技期刊评估指标体系及奖励政策,建立高素质的编辑队伍;提高论文质量,加强国内论文的引用,提高国内期刊的被引率及国际影响力。
Sci-tech periodicals reflect the national scientific and technological achievements and technological innovation window. By analyzing the status of Chinese sci-tech periodicals in international authoritative retrieval system (SCI) from 1994 to 1998, the existing problems are pointed out. Put forward some countermeasures to improve the international influence of Chinese sci-tech periodicals: fully affirm domestic periodicals and encourage researchers to publish papers in domestic outstanding sci-tech periodicals; implement “classification” management mode for sci-tech periodicals and promote a batch of “world-class” periodicals As soon as possible internationalization; improve the evaluation index system of sci-tech periodicals and incentive policies, the establishment of high-quality editorial team; improve the quality of the paper, strengthen the domestic papers cited to improve the rate of domestic journals and international influence.
