休克时可因急性血液循环障碍而影响重要生命器官机能代谢的变化.休克发展过程中由于脑血流量的改变脑组织缺血缺氧致脑功能发生障碍.本工作以反映脑机能状态的脑电图(EEG)为指标,观察了内毒素休克鼠脑机能状态的变化及针刺穴位的影响. 用E大肠杆菌内毒素(16mg/kg)或大肠杆菌O_(55)B_5内毒素(10mg/kg)由颈外静脉注入复制内毒素休克鼠模型。随机分为休克对照组和休克针刺组、在注前、注后1hr及电针“人中”或“足三里“15分钟后分别描记EEG,并与相应的血压变化进行观察分析。
