敖德萨省阿兰也夫斯基第四农业机械化学校,研究出了一种简单而每个机器拖拉机站都可以做到的浇铸薄壁轴承的方法。先将瓦片做好镀锡的准备,再用普通方法镀上锡。用厚4—5公厘的钢板銲成套,并锻制两个盖(图1),在一个盖上钻一直径3—6公厘的孔,当巴氏合金熔化时,此孔作出气用。钢套的内径应等于瓦片的外径(瓦片要月鎚子轻轻敲入钢套,并略带紧度),盖压装于钢套上时也要略带紧度。将镀好锡的瓦片压入钢套内,并盖上一个盖,然后向轴承内填入附加3%的氯化铵的巴氏合金屑(必须不合任何杂质,更不许可有钢屑),或不大的合金块(合金块要尽可能的小)。再将另一盖盖上。盖与钢套之间安放石棉垫。两盖用螺杆击紧,此螺杆即是机床轴的延长部分。
